We do not sell personal data, run behavioral advertising networks, or require user registration accounts.
1. Client-Side Inquiry Formatting
When you type into the source inquiry tool on our Contact page, all text processing happens strictly inside your own browser’s memory via vanilla JavaScript. Nothing you type into that form is transmitted to our servers unless you voluntarily send an email to [email protected].
2. Technical Server Logs
Like all standard web servers, our hosting infrastructure temporarily records basic request metadata (anonymized IP address, requested URL path, HTTP status code, timestamp, and browser user-agent string) under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interest solely to prevent distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks and maintain technical security. Logs are rotated and purged within 14 days.
3. Email Correspondence
If you write to us at [email protected], we retain your email address and message content only as long as necessary to research your historical question and reply. You may request deletion of your correspondence at any time.
4. Your Rights under GDPR
Visitors located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of any personal data held about them, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
